Gauge Ownership

I'm very quick to point out that PCC helped us put in a plan and strategy to build stock ownership for our key employees and transition the ownership from past employees to current ones. They analyzed our ESOP repurchase obligations and helped develop an effective stock option program to retain key people. All these plans are still in place.

Understand The Big Picture

Frankly, without expert guidance, the family would have faced liquidation of the business if my parents passed away. PCC stepped in with a comprehensive approach and we took the business even further. I don't know of another company that has this full capability.
